I am a photographer and videographer; using screen based arts, as well as writing, printing, embroidery and hand made books to create an ongoing personal archive in an attempt to prevent loss and to preserve who I am. Motivated by the idea that things can disappear in a moment I'm on an ongoing expedition of my own memories, led by the experience of losing a parent at a young age, of immigrating as a child and of being split in my cultural identity between two countries.

2015-2016 Home
A Photo-book project and collaboration with the charity SHP (Single Homeless Project).
Over the course of a year I visited the homes of SHP’s service users and photographed the spaces within them. Technically speaking these homes belong to housing associations, but in spirit they belong to the people who live in them, who have each made what was a basic liveable space, into a unique home. All clients of SHP Westminster Floating Support struggle with enduring mental health problems, and many have been street homeless in the past as a result.
